Arlington Designer Homes, Inc. has been in business for over 20 years
and has built more than 60 custom homes in Northern Virginia, predominately in
Arlington. We are a family owned business with an emphasis on Green building
techniques.
Because we are a small company, we have the flexibility and personal
touches necessary to make you feel comfortable with your next project.
Currently we are building all of our houses under the Energy Star, and under the Arlington County Green
Home Choice program. Our most recent house will exceed the current Green program by
more than 50%. The Green building movement and its technology are constantly changing.
As current members in the National Association of Home Builders,
Northern Virginia Builder Industry Association, executive and founding
members of the Custom Builders Council, and members of the Green Building
sub-committee we will continue to have the support and resources to be at
the fore-front of the Green building industry in Virginia. Since we have
lived and worked in Arlington for many years we have extensive contacts
within Northern Virginia. We also have intimate knowledge of the area which
lets us know the best areas to renovate, or build a home for you. We can
renovate and build on your lot or on ours.
