Community Service
As a locally-based, family-owned general contractor, we believe in giving back to the communities in Northern Virginia in which we live and work.
Part of the way we give back is through our commitment to building eco-friendly and energy-efficient homes. But in addition to our effort to reduce our environmental impact, Arlington Designer Homes also uses our expertise in home construction to help families who don’t have a place to live. |

Arlington Designer Homes is a proud supporter of HomeAid Northern Virginia, a non-profit organization that builds and renovates homeless shelters, transitional houses, food banks, medical clinics, counseling centers, and other facilities that help homeless people gain stability and a roof over their heads. Through HomeAid, Arlington Designer Homes has helped several organizations that provide services to the homeless (including Doorways for Women and Families and Catholic Charities) conduct major renovations to shelters and homes to provide safe, stable and new living arrangements for previously homeless families. By providing construction services to these organizations, we enable them to redirect funds back into other programs and services for homeless families and individuals. Arlington Designer Homes’ President, Andrew Moore, also serves on the Board of Directors of HomeAid Northern Virginia.
