Arlington Designer Homes is a small, family-owned general contracting firm. We have been in business for over 25 years, and have built more than 60 new custom homes in and around Northern Virginia.

We have completed many remodeling and home renovation projects over the years, ranging from small projects such as adding a fence or patio, to renovating kitchens and bathrooms, all the way to whole house, down-to-the-studs remodels.

Arlington Designer Homes is committed to green building for the health benefits, energy savings, and reduced environmental footprint it provides for our buyers and our community. We build Energy Star certified homes, are honored to be one of only a handful of builders to have completed multiple Arlington County Green Home Choice Program Award-Winning homes.
